DELIVERY TERMS

Please read these delivery terms before placing your order.

ANUKA Artisan Chocolate uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. To ensure our high-quality products arrive promptly, we only offer express postage.

Deliveries are processed within 24 - 48hr hours from the time of order and payment. Delivery may take between 1 and 10 days, depending on the delivery location. ANUKA Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of ANUKA Artisan Chocolate.

Shipping Information

ANUKA Artisan Chocolate seeks to ensure the quality of our online products reach you in same premium state as they left our store. Please note: Chocolate is heat sensitive; therefore, our product will be sent via express post between the months of February – October. Special cooling postal methods will be used during summer months November – February with additional fees.

Due to the sensitive nature of our chocolate products, unfortunately we are unable to post to: Northern Western Australia, Northern Territory, North of Rockhampton, Northern QLD. If you are unsure about your post code, please write to us to confirm delivery. 

Delivery Terms

Orders under $120: $16.95 Express Shipping Fee
Orders over $120: Free shipping

Please supply a business address or post office box where possible. This secures your order as the delivery driver will need to obtain a signature, or leave a card if you are not in attendance. The parcel will be awaiting collection at the local Post Office.

ANUKA Artisan Chocolate cannot exchange goods or refund purchases due to their perishable nature unless an incorrect order has been dispatched.

Loss and Damage

Chocolate is heat sensitive and all risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer once dispatched.

Australia Post don’t have a fragile parcel service and cannot take responsibility for products that may have been affected by temperatures and deliveries that haven’t met their delivery service standards.

Tracking

We use Australia Post eParcel Service and Satchel Service to deliver your order. A unique barcode is assigned to each order and then scanned and tracked. To track your order, enter the consignment or barcode number found on your order confirmation, in the online tracking tool or call 13 POST (13 76 78). Please note that tracking may be limited in some remote and regional areas.
